1 cup of crushed almonds

Recipe ingredients :


500 g of kunafa dough  

1 cup of sugar 

1 cup of butter

2 cups of liquid milk.

2 tablespoons of starch.

2 cups of soft cream .

2 cups of water 

1 cup of sugar

2 tablespoons of flower water

Ground pistachios for garnish


Method of preparation :


1-put the butter in a frying pan, then heat it for no more than one minute .

2-in a large bowl, put the kunafa dough and butter, then mix them well .

3-put the milk, starch and sugar in a bowl over medium heat, stir the ingredients for at least 5 minutes, or until the mixture boils a little, add the cream to the bowl, then stir the ingredients well until homogeneous .

4-put half of the kunafa dough in the baking tray, spread it well in the center and edges .

5-gradually pour the mixture into the center of the baking tray, then spread it evenly over the entire surface of the dough .

6-put the remaining half of the kunafa dough on top of the mixture without pressing it hard .

7-we put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes to 30 minutes in order to Brown and cook the kunafa, then remove it from the oven and leave it to cool .

8-to prepare the syrup, put the water and sugar in a bowl over low heat and leave it until it hardens, then add the dice water to it and leave it to cool slightly .

500 g of boneless meat;

2 tablespoons of red pepper 

2 cloves of garlic, chopped 

1 tablespoon of black pepper.

2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped 

1/2 half a glass of water

Salt to taste

Method of preparation :


1-in a large bowl, put the pieces of meat and fry them in melted butter for five minutes, then remove the pieces of meat from the bowl and put them in the casserole.

2-put the chopped onion in a bowl on low heat and stir it until it wilts and becomes golden, then put the garlic and stir it with the onion.

3-add black pepper, red pepper, salt, bay leaf and stir the ingredients well with each other, then put the tomato slices and stir them with the mixture for ten minutes.

4-we pour all the ingredients of the mixture on the pieces of meat in the casserole, then add water and cover the casserole and put it in the oven at a quiet temperature for a full hour .

5-Take the casserole out of the oven after the hour is complete, put the potato cubes on top of the meat pieces, then return it to the oven for a full hour and then take it out and serve it on the dining table .
